character_set_no_explosive_panic(name[, no_panic])

Parameters:
name (string) name of the character
no_panic (boolean, optional) set to true to disable satchel charge panic, or false to enable (defaults to true)
 
Returns:
none

Description:
Enable/disable whether an NPC panics from explosives. Disabling explosive panicking disables flashbang reactions.

Note that the NPC may still panic in other situations.
