| Register a callback function for when a searchlight starts/stops tracking a character. When the callback is executed, the following parameters are passed to it:
- (string) name of the character
- (string) name of the tracking searchlight
- (boolean) true if the searchlight started tracking the character, or false if the searlight stopped tracking |
