party_allow_max_followers([allow])
Parameters:
allow		(boolean, optional) set to true to allow the maximum number of followers, or false to reset back to the normal number (defaults to true)
Returns:
none
Description:
Allow the player to recruit the maximum number of followers (or reset back to the normal number of followers).
