set_unrecruitable_flag(name[, unrecruitable])

Parameters:
name (string) name of the NPC
unrecruitable (boolean, optional) set to true to make the NPC unrecruitable, or true to make him recruitable (defaults to true)
 
Returns:
none

Description:
Make an NPC recruitable/unrecruitable.
