trigger_set_hold_to_repeat(trigger_name[, allow])
Parameters:
trigger_name		(string) name of the trigger
allow		(boolean, optional) set to true to show the hold message (defaults to true)
Returns:
none
Description:
Show the standard hold [Y] message rather and use [Y].
