tutorial_get_case(tutorial_name)
Parameters:
tutorial_name		(string) name of the tutorial
Returns:
(integer) active tutorial case, starting at index 0. This maps to the case in the switch statements in tutorial_types.cpp
Description:
Gets the case (screen) of the tutorial that is currently being displayed.
