tutorial_unlock(tutorial_name[, allow_redisplay])
Parameters:
tutorial_name		(string) name of the tutorial
allow_redisplay		(boolean, optional) set to true to allow a tutorial to be displayed if it was already completed, or false to ignore the tutorial if it was completed (defaults to false)
Returns:
none
Description:
Unlock a tutorial so it can be activated.
