That could be the issue. Are you using a Tribal Hairstyle? Because there were some unused Variants for those which I removed since they're inaccessible anyway.
It could also possibly be something to do with the Eyes.

Well, you know more than I would about the structure of save files. So your advice is always welcome!
Discord doesn't appeal to me honestly. I'd rather keep a minimal online presence. I'm only on SRM. I don't mind communicating through here.

Yes meant using just M2M, and I hope you change your mind eventually about discord. I personally dont like trying to DM on forums. On here it can take ages for notifications to pop, messaging is super slow. While discord is instant haha but I've grown custom to discord over the years.

I blank slated my character using the default Caucasian male, removed all vehicles from my garage (to check compatibility in general, not just with this mod), removed all clothes and tattoos, and all still ends in the same debugger crash I posted in the troubleshooting forum for.

Interesting. I haven't encountered a crash like that before.

BladeOpotato mentioned Restored Train Stations in his video (I'm flattered btw!). I recently removed bitmap_sheet files from that mod to reduce issues and increase compatibility with Made 2 Measure. Because the video was published in August, the Lazy Mod Pack likely contains the outdated version of Restored Train Stations in it's patch.vpp_pc.
1. Download and install Restored Train Stations (GotR) v1.1.1.
2. Remove "interface-backend.peg" & "interface-backend.g_peg" from "1-MODDERS_-_PUT_YOUR_OWN_PERSONAL_MODS_HERE".
3. Install the Xbox 360 compatible bitmap_sheetsXX.xtbl files from M2M.
4. Let me know if it worked.​
 
Love the mod! I did have to start a new save file though. I started back up on my old profile and all was well until I saved... the crash wiped my file. I tried again on another existing save, same thing. But a new save outright has been fine. Hopefully there will be a fix soon; i'm just glad I was able to recreate my face code pretty accurately! :(

I reinstalled the Trains mod (still got a crash), but didn't find the two files you mentioned in my MODDERS folder - however, I did find them in the Modified folder directly under the MODDERS folder. Removing those wouldn't let the game launch 😂

I also completely removed everything from the Lazy mod pack including reinstalling Juiced patch so there shouldn't be anything old left over aside from a shadows.pc file that also wouldn't let the game launch when deleted. The game now just plain crashes with no error window.

I'm so sorry, nobody23. I've had a save file corrupted in the past and it sucks. I'll update the instructions in the original post to require a new game. Apologies to anyone affected by this issue.

I don't know what else to suggest then. It could be any number of things causing these problems. I can only suggest restoring the root folder as if it were a fresh install, and starting a new game. I feel your pain in having to do all that stuff again. I'm sorry I couldn't help.
 
Thanks for the shout out Seabound even though I don't deserve it but I also had a crashing problem like 7BSamuel and long story short I fixed it by deleting every clothing item, including the eyes, so the problem more likely is having clothing that was removed but the main culprit is the eyes since I assume most people buy them because they want to use another color that's not the default color and off topic but it's a shame the racing pants got removed since my character uses them and also is there no way to make the samedi tattoos white?
TLDR: The main culprit is the eyes like you said and removed clothing.
