Fixed. Using a simply empty cheats.xtbl will clear all of your cheats list if you save with this mod activated...

Any way to delete one cheat from the cheat list? I added some, for only test it and now i not need it anymore.

we really need a Savegame editor now... All the consoles have their Saints Row IV Savegame editor and worksperfecly...

Why not remove the broken Patch from Steam?.......... Leaving the broken patch, only make problems with some new people buying the game, or opened later steam... Why leave the broken patch on steam?... is really strange...
