well, to be specific no porting paid dlc to a game that requires payment to unlock it. if the dlc item is from sr4, it can be ported backwards into sr3, but not in sr4. thats pretty damn sweet. personally, wings should be added in sr4 and maybe a way to toggle them on/off.

which is why super powers could be an optional side quest and you are able to turn it on or off to change how the game responds. for example, having superpowers on would spawn enemies that must be weakened with superpowers, with the benefit of going around the city on foot with super speed...
