    I had a look around in the DLC 1 tables for you and could not see any refrence to Parachutes, but I know thers somthing called Chute in the base game weapon tables and I have no idea what it is, it could be possible its the Parachute just a guess tho

    Its nothing to do with fixing, I said this few posts ago Nothing can be done about this its just what happens when you replace the weapons table. Once you add the table just upgrade your weapons again and save, Just use Idol Ninja's cheat mod for the money to upgrade if you need to

    The only file that would do that, would be Weapons.xtbl and thats not included with this mod :S, I dont see how the ranks would effect upgrades for weapons

    Just so you know if your only using a Xtbl file then you have no reason to use Stream2update as its for updating asm files so the asm has the right info for the mem pools. You only need to use an asm as far as I know when using Stream containers hence the name :p

    In the interface packfile along with all the other interface stuff :P, then its inside the container named Cell_Saintsbook, its all written in Lua script tho so it might take a while to work out, unless your familar with Lua scripting

    Thats why I said above it would as far as I can tell have to be done through a sub menu group, scripted up in the phones lua file, or you could try seeing what could be added as cheats you can pretty much give your self almost any thing I would think using custom cheats only downside its not...

    Homie Menu on phone would not work sorry to tell you its coded up to only work for npc's and Weapons, I dont think you realise how complicated this would be to do, evan if you could code up clothes and stuff in a homies table you would end up with an endless menu to scroll through, but saldy...
