    Saints Row has been rated M in the US and PEGI18 in Europe since Saints Row 1? Not sure why it got lowered to a PEGI16 in Europe, its still M in the US.

    Release B of the SDK is supposed to be able to allow modding of character and clothing. I suspect that you won't be able to replace any models until the SDK Part B is finally released by Volition.

    Ports from early 2000s games don't sell enough to warrant the cost to do the port to modern systems, and, they end up looking like the crap compared to current tech. If they did a reboot and completely remade the game with modern tech/graphics/control scheme/improved play, I might be inclined...

    Delete all those files then do a "verify cache" in Steam to get all the default files back.
