I noticed in GOTR Legal Lee was replaced by Mr. Wong. So I restored Legal Lee and gave Mr. Wong his own entry. I also restored Legal Lee to Prison Fight Club level 3. Now I need to start a new save to see if I can unlock them both.
I just found an easier method.
Go to items_inventory.xtbl and find <Inventory_Item><Name>MAC-10</Name>
Change <DisplayName>MAC-10</DisplayName> to <DisplayName>Mac10</DisplayName>.
Save and make a new patch.

So what this mod does is that at Level 4 Police Notoriety, SWAT officers have an 80% chance of spawning in 2-door Peacekeeper vans. At Level, they have an 80% chance of spawning in Grizzly APC's with a 20% chance of FBI agents in 4-door SUV's.

My mod "Realistic SR2 Weapons" does a lot of similar things. The Spas-12/AS12 Riot Shotgun has semi auto when firing from the hip and pump action when using fine aim. I also restored the vanilla RPG Launcher model and texture and the Nukamingo 9001 uses the Platinum RPG model for the launcher...
Yeah there is but it is hard to pull off. I can't restore the vanilla Sniper Rifle model and texture because it won't show up. I was more successful with the RPG Launcher but that's it.

Turns out I need to add the mesh and textures to the preload.tbl list
What this mod does is give the Stillwater PD SWAT officers the same helmets and ski masks as the Ultor Masako. All of their gear is more tactical black. I also made the Ultor Masako look more like their SRIV appearance. Here are some screenshots.
I just uploaded a newer version with the cutscene versions that works. If you want them to look more like SR1, I suggest removing the POLICE decal from their helmets. I tried deleting the texture property but a placeholder decal still shows up. I don't know how to set it to NONE.
