Renaming the MAC-10 to 'SKR-7 Spree'

Hello, I don't necessarily need a mod for this, more like a tutorial on how to edit its name in the files. I want to rename the MAC-10 SMG in GotR to its Saints Row 1 equivalent, the SKR-7 Spree, because the SPAS-12 in GotR is true to its Saints Row 1 namesake (AS12 Riot) and I like to keep things consistent. Thanks.
 
I just found an easier method.
  1. Go to items_inventory.xtbl and find <Inventory_Item><Name>MAC-10</Name>
  2. Change <DisplayName>MAC-10</DisplayName> to <DisplayName>Mac10</DisplayName>.
  3. Save and make a new patch.
Apparently the makers of GOTR made a typo and added a hyphen because in static_us,
<String Name="Mac10">SKR-7 Spree</String>

Bit late but I tried this method and it did not work for whatever reason. I'll download the file you made above and see if it makes any difference.
