I modified this for rifts only with all goals/10. All files go to game root and ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.Stream2Update.exe must be executed. Included stream_grid.asm_pc is for TTDD and it is already updated, so if you have TTDD installed there's no need to execute ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.Stream2Update.exe

You kidding. All options may be set through sr3_city.lua editing with notepad++ or any other xml editor.

With this mod I have some npc spawned with no texture, just question mark wandering about.

Unpack hud.str2_pc from this mod with Gibbed.SaintsRow3.UnpackSTR2.exe, then open hud.lua with any xml editor like Notepad++ and change all instances of "--unhide_weapons = true" by "unhide_weapons = true". Then repack hud.str2_pc with Gibbed.SaintsRow3.PackSTR2.exe and update included...
