Since sr3 gat hasn't had his neck tattoos what happened to them some people used to say they were covered by the collar but we can tell now they are gone but see he couldn't have got them removed because shaundi still has the scar from where she got her tramp stamp removed and he has none

well yes because the clothing item doesn't exist you can do this with some items though like gat's outfit and the fireman out fit but it's just cause they don't exist so the game detects it as an error and crashes also i do agree the mods are getting kind of the same-ish and or need improvement...
