I installed this, but after I did I couldn't edit non customizable cars and it deleted some vehicles from my heliport like the saints VTOL. Do I need a clean save for this or is it just bugged?

You may want to fix the name as it's a little misleading. The included mods you listed do not permit customizing all vehicles. You linked the mod that lets you, but it's not included in the pack.

I can't even equip guns like the minigun or the lucha launcher. I immediately crash when they get in my inventory. I also didn't select the heavy truck addon, but they still crush my car.

Would you be able to up the power of the Vice 9 so it's GDHC level and change the firing sound to the Shepard? I tried turning up the power myself, but it didn't work.

Any chance you could make a gun file for the saints to only use the Vice 9, NR4, Tombstone, AR-40 Xtnd, and XMAC? I am horrible at messing with coding and don't want to mess up my game. I made a request page a while back asking about swapping their guns around, but I never got an answer.
