I also am having this issue. The inauguration station is still loaded on my PC, but I can't even start it manually. After I attempted to start it, nothing happened. Then a few minutes into SR4 gameplay, my game crashed and told me Inauguration Station had stopped working.

First off, sorry if this is in the wrong thread. Second, for the life of me, I cannot seem to find the right file for the (female) wife beater tease. I'm pretty sure I've opened up all of the files that didn't include the name "jacket" in the title. I'm pretty sure I've checked all other "ubdy"...

I agree with the tornado upgrade. I was okay with the effect, but getting notoriety because I'm sprinting is just bad. Luckily, I tried it out right after I purchased it, and only had to lose about 30 minutes of game time from my previous save point.
