Downgrade Powers/Upgrades

Wondering if someone could make it possible to undo upgrades and upgraded powers. It would be even better if you would get your clusters back too.

If someone knows a quick (or even lengthy) workaround to this please tell me :D

I am really sick of the damn tornado upgrade on sprinting that just tears apart the city.
 
I agree with the tornado upgrade. I was okay with the effect, but getting notoriety because I'm sprinting is just bad. Luckily, I tried it out right after I purchased it, and only had to lose about 30 minutes of game time from my previous save point.
 
You'd probably need a save-data changer for that. That's what was needed for Saints Row: The Third anyway.

As for a "lengthy" work around, start a new game... For now, I wouldn't know another way. But thanks for the tip to not get the tornado upgrade. :D Hope there will be a mod with the Tornade visual effect, but without the actual damage part.
