Is it possible to add a cheat that reduces super strength? Unfortunately neither super movement nor super power disabler seems to actually disable that as you can still punch cars away and kill almost everything in one hit.

I've seen mods for Bethesda's Fallout New Vegas and Oblivion that implemented the campaigns of Fallout 3 (Tale of the Two Wastelands) and Morrowind (Morroblivion) respectively and I'm wondering if it's possible for the same to be done with Saints Row 4?
