Lack of Asian voice actor who can English. A lot of the one in game are not real Asian and aren't Asian voice actors. (With the exception of Jyunichi & Wong).

A video example can be useful. Just only my character NPC dialogue if they are idle using animation scenario e.g smoking, dancing, drinking, reading book, conversations with other npc. (Only if selected NPC voice is in-used).

I think we're mistaking how NPC's dialogues and Player's dialogues functions. Not that it's used rarely. Anyway if anyone understands the issue, please contact me.

There are methods to change player voice without game crashing.

In short, it's only possible with both source code and assets. However it's also possible just complex and time consuming. It's not worth it.

I forgot if normal fishes exist in game as they are never seen in Sea. (I think in fish tank they exist? i forgot) Overall would be awesome if there's ways to script the shark to inflict damage to player/npc with a script to simulate shark attacks lol!
