You have to take over the entire city, each district you take over has a cutscene when you complete it giving little bits of story. Then you defeat Satan, and choose one of the main endings. After the ending plays and everything you get a cut scene afterwards for what happens in hell. Be sure...

The one you unlock by taking over all the districts Edit: Okay so it's more of an epilouge. I thought it a rather fitting end for Shogo, Killbane, and W. Sharp. Jyunichi should have gotten worse.
