There's a glitch you may use : If you go to a stronghold or a crib, then save then load, Saints in the hood will be replaced by the original gang until you leave the game. I don't know if it has been fixed since, but it's worth the try.

It is compressed into misc_tables.vpp_pc. You need Gibbed Tools to extract the xtbl files. Then you move this xtbl to main folder (Where the exe is located), modify it and it should be loaded with the game next launch.
