Where exactly do I find this file? I unpacked the characters.ppv_pc file with Gibbed.SaintsRow3.UnpackVPP, but I can't find homie.xtbl in the folder it created. Am I looking in the right place?

How do I edit that file if I bought SR:III over Steam? Unfortunately I don't know the first thing about modding. :(
