Helicopter/Vtol delivery Homie?

Would it be possible to create/replace the helicopter homie with one that could deliver any vehicle in your heliport?

I love my Specter, but can't stand having to go back to my base to get a new one whenever it crashes.

(Edit: Or alternatively, make it so the Specter is considered a ground vehicle and can be parked in Garages.)

I'd love to have a homie drop off an Oppressor, so I could get a whole crew in it. It would help with my "lets pretend I'm a STARS sniper in Racoon City" delusion.

swapping what vehicle the home will drop off is easy. Unfortunatly getting them to drop off specific ones from the heliport isnt. Just poke around your homie.xtbl file and swap vehicles around. It's also a great way to get veriations of vehicles you noramly cant get, like the red asp.

How do I edit that file if I bought SR:III over Steam? Unfortunately I don't know the first thing about modding.
