There is not any way to override the game. To let it allow more? Games like source games, where people have overrided, and you can do tons of things, you cant normally :)

How am i able to have more weapons mods, at one time? If i example download this, and it uses a items_inventory.xtbl. And i want to download another weapon mod who also uses items_inventory.xtbl. What to do then?

OMG this is so nice, man. This is better than GTA San Andreas cheats xD I have readed this thread a bit. And you "IdolNinja" since you say you doesn't have more space, to more cheats. Why not port rest for the cheats trough phone. So you can spawn vehicles trough phone? There is another guy here...
