Miku Hatsune meant that the games draw distance is way too short to snipe. Those thingies wouldn't help you sniping on long range, because those ped's dont get drawn.

I also were thinking about that, but I do think that it would be a total ripoff if they make us buy the game again. If it comes to PC, V will either publish it via DLC or as free update.

GooH is supposed to be completely standalone meaning that you don't even need SR4 to play it. If it is like that you won't get access to New Hades, ... - in IV.
