Sorry if there are already forums posted about this, but I need help on this. I currently don't have a very good PC, but good enough to run SR2 if they ported it properly, what's the best fix for the PC port of SR2, I'm getting about 45 fps when roaming around, with major dips when loading in areas.

I started playing this magnificent game recently and the hammerhead quickly became one of my favorite cars, the only problem is that I find it incredibly annoying that the rear bumper keeps falling off when the engine backfires. I'd really appreciate if a mod was made to keep the bumper on.
