32 out of 32 Secret Areas Found

I'm not exactly sure what I've done here that made the difference but I will mention what steps I took,
that way if someone else knows what happened then maybe they will tell me.

I recently figured out how to add new Secret Areas and I started wondering if replacing the Bone Island area
would fix the counting problem. So I removed what I thought was Bone Island from the files and added the
abandoned drive in instead.

I went through the process of "collecting" the secret areas and found out that I had accidentally removed
Pirate Ship Cove instead. At any rate the 32 of 32 stat stays after a reboot now, at least in my game.

Note: Other than replacing Pirate Ship Cove with the Abandoned Drive In these are vanilla files.
which means that if you use them as is then all 80 stunt jumps are still active in the game.
However I did write a mini tutorial that I included with the 10 Stunt Jumps mod that you can refer to
if you wish.)

awesome! it's such a big secret that players that even find it would forever remember it happening, even if not tracked on the stats counter.
I've never played long enough to go through the secret myself, but knowing Voliton I'm guessing it's because vanilla saved files try to find the pirate ship cove's chunk, but it isn't loaded yet and just causes the entire counting process to exit
