.45 FLETCHER (REPLACER)​

Replaces the Shepherd with the updated Fletcher model from Saints Row IV.

- Adds new weapon icon and overwrites existing one
hud_us.le_strings
- Changes weapon name from 45 Shepherd to .45 Fletcher
item_cust_cameras.xtbl
- Changes camera view to Saints Row IV values
items_3d.xtbl
- Removes props from weapon upgrades
