Well, yeah, as long as it isn't stolen, is actually working and doesn't make DLC content available to people who haven't bought it. Could you specify your question a bit more?

Not sure what the Steam TOS is about stuff like that, but we will not be deleting any adult content when it shows up. I'll look into it when I get back from vacation in January.
