A voice log plays back immediately on each save load?

There was just a patch that added DLC content, but i can report that it didn't fix this bug, because i've started getting one of Keith David's logs the day before the patch, and even after saving again, it still plays on every load. So, i guess, here's hoping for the next one.

As noted on the prior page..

I checked in a fix for it last week and have been assured that the fix will be released. Unfortunately I have no power over or knowledge of which patch it's going into.

It's been checked through repository. Whenever it's fitted into a steam update (maybe there's compat issues with it and other fixes/content?) it'll be done.. now it's a waiting game.

I have this same problem where Vice president voice log keeps repeating during loading screen; same thing about pissing off America. It kinda annoys me, plus I'm playing this game on xbox 360.
It kinda makes me feel uneasy hearing this guy talking the same thing...and I just saved Johnny Gat, and during load screen, I still hear Vice president. D: Daaaaamn.
