You can use 'nohud' cheat code by using 'more cheats' mod.

What I want is the hud still there but when you press the button to "Access Crib" it wont because I want to get off and on a bike and grab the prostitutes.

I'm sorry...
Activation key is overlaped and you need another activation key.
I thought it would be nice to be able to use other activation key like a direct access key to 'Image as designed surgery'.
