Adding the gang specialist

They were talking about enemy types, not outfits. As all of the specialist outfits are already available in the base game.

Adding the Morningstar specialist should, in theory, be pretty easy. Just adding adding a line to notoriety_spawn.xtbl to tell the game to spawn an oppressor with two goons with snipers on each side, should do the trick. For the Decker specialist, I don't think it's even possible, unless all of the animations, effects, weapon model, etc are still in SR4 as legacy content from SR3.
 
So is it possible to add them as gang members ? I know about the outfits so thats ok but was wondering if it is possible to add them and if so could make a mod with them in it
 
I was able to do a few very basic things (replacing npcs, replacing vehicle variants, having underwear and necklaces show up underneath clothes).

Somehow, I managed it. Let me know if there's any problem. And I hope you don't mind, but I replaced the marauders. It was just easier for me to do it this way.
