Does this apply for the Samedi cars as well?

It should. However, I didn't have a chance to get Samedi cars to check whether they lose these decals as well.
Also, I haven't noticed anything unusual about Specter handling. But right, sounds are broken as well.

It's not just the animations that are broken. The sound is missing and the vehicle handles kind of weird...

Yes, I should be able to fix all gang vehicle decals with this method, including the Samedi. I can probably fix the STAG handling using the SRTT vehicle properties. I may even be able to fix the mesh too if I use the SRTT one.

You can. Just use vehicle delivery for it and it will drop it in wherever you are.
