I've tried this out myself and I can't move after 'entering' the velociraptor. How did you get this to work properly?

What do you mean by 'didn't work'? The game didn't recognize new cheats or you've experienced other issues? Also, are you using the Steam version of the game?

Oh, is it a problem to be using the Steam version?

Nah, it is a problem to be using a non-Steam version because there's no legit one. All Saints Row games since The Third are only available on Steam.
Anyway, could you send a screenshot of your SR IV install folder? Perhaps you've extracted the file in a wrong place.

You need to extract 'cheats.xtbl' from the archive instead of putting the archive itself into the folder. Download WinRAR or 7-ZIP if you don't have any archiver installed.
