After Nuke, unable to move or jump, HUD disappears, weapon switch doesn't operate

I'm currently seeing this bug often, after performing a Nuke, the character stands up and won't go anywhere. Attempting to jump, the character will glow while charging, then immediately stop when released. HUD is gone, and scrolling for weapon switch doesn't bring up anything. Game is still moving and acting around me, and I can still shoot the weapon in hand. Blackhole gun will drag me around and knock me over, but then the character stands unresponsive still afterward.
Save and reload works, though the problem crops up again.
 
I have seen it on my computer as well, save and reload is the only solution that works.
 
I got this when I somehow managed to get a double overlay of DFA arrows before I touched down. I think I was bouncing between hitting dash to maneuver and aim to line up DFA. When I touched down there was only the one nuke, but then I was completely unable to move just like you described.
 
Happened when I tried to nuke onto a Void aircraft - I did nuke onto it I think but I can't recall if it blew up. There were no DFA arrows on the Void.
