Mods are not cross compatible between the games. You're looking at the mod release version for Saints Row: The Third. You need to download the one in the Saints Row IV section instead.

It's very simple. You just put it in the root folder where the game launcher is, which should be .../Steam/SteamApps/common/Saints Row the Third

Well, no, as it contains installer. Anyway, there's a specific instruction in the Readme.
 
Another newbie here. PLEASE HELP!
So i do the instruction after i read it many times. I batch the mod sucesfully so i got path_compressed.vpp_pc and patch_uncopressed.vpp_pc and i put it in cache folder, am i right? But there is no change in the game. I batch it many times, i try to select all then i select few tattoos only, but nothing showed up. And also, there was never a path_compressed.vpp_pc and patch_uncopressed.vpp_pc in my cache folder so nothing is overwriten like the instruction said. could that be the problem? what should i do? I forgot what version my SRTT game is, its the latest i presume.
If anyone could help i will be so glad.

Do either of you have the Steam version?
