There is a save editor here that can toggle both zombie and SWAT team.

thanks but could u give a link to the editor? because if it's the Save editor C, it states in 1st post that future plans are to allow editing of unlocked homies. i don't think it'll let me choose zombies and swat as it stands now. correct me if i'm wrong

Consider yourself corrected then. You can select both with the save editor in its current form. That note is talking about something else entirely. i.e. fixing the bug where homies get grayed out or disappear.

The Unlockables DLC seems pretty unlikely at this point. There is nothing in the code at all to indicate that it's coming; not even the framework that would trigger unlock screens or anything. The only evidence we have is the initial leaked list that happened pre-release. Our best guess is that it was initially considered and then the idea was discarded.

In the "interface.vpp_pc" file there is three files called "ui_dlc_pack_unlockable.cvbm_pc", "ui_dlc_pack_unlockable.gvbm_pc" and "ui_dlc_pack_unlockable.str2_pc".

Interesting. Still, the actual framework itself isn't there to support it. If Volition had intended to actually release it then we should have seen that by now. I mean, sure it could possibly show up in a later patch, but that seems pretty unlikely. Keep in mind that this was one of the original leaked dlc, and everything else from that period (as well as future stuff) is all setup already.
