the number of outfits you can save in your wardrobe, on console it was 32, without gotr it was 32, i think it's around 30 for gotr.

When it comes to max limits such as outfits, money, cars, etc. It's usually an integer limit. (8 bit, 16 bit, 32 bit, etc) Which would require an entire rewrite of the game to increase or decrease.
