I can compare both forums to cities.
SR Mods is like a small town: everyone knows each other, it's quiet here and hardly anyone is a true asshole.
GTAForums is a large metropolitan area: it has many users, crime is more abundant, half of population is against the other one. The worst cesspool imaginable.
