Saints Row IV Apocalypticish Armor was it removed?

So i myself didn't get to use the Station (It somehow lagged...no idea how) But this armor was in there It had Painsikpes on it there is a picture of it in the Saints row IV mod requests but i'm asking if it was removed due to Memory? And if it would even be able to be enabled could we do it with the tools we have now so it can apper in stores? I'm just a bit confused is all that why there is a armor in the Station of Saints row 4 but there it's no where to be found in game. And i don't think it's unlockable i nearly 100% the game and havn't gotten anything like that. I would post a picture of it but i'm not 100% sure if i'm allowed because my mind is random and derpish. If you need more info i can quickly say that as i have no life and check my alerts every 5 minutes.

(The last part was a joke. I wuv you all...i need to stop being random)
 
No worries mate, I'm looking into the clothing from Inauguration that's missing. Most of it is in game, just not in a store list.
 
Yeah, I'm pretty certain I've seen the Bounty hunter parts, however I'll double check. There are several oddities, such as you can no longer use any of the Super Hero outfits as separate parts. They've all been made into suits. Anyways, I'll be back.
 
I'm back. I didn't find it either, however are we sure they're not an unlockable?
