Yes.Are these what you're talking about?
The Table File Editor says that those aren't enabled.

Inside Kinzies Toolbox Pre-SDK Release.Uh I unpacked the customize_item.vpp_pc files yesterday for both SR3 and SR4
It seems alot of the individual parts were removed to make room for the SR3 DLC stuff in the SR4 vpp (probably for Console limitations and what not).
Question:
If you unpack the SR3 *.vpp, then unpack the *.str2 (using Gibbed SR3 tools) and then repack the *.str2 with the SR4 tool can you drop the converted *.str2 into the main SR4 folder and do a winmerg on the Sr3 and SR4 customization_stores.xtbl & customization_items.xtbl and then have the items appear in stores?
If so then maybe go even further and repacking the missing SR3 *.str2's (and updated *.xtbl's) into a SR4 *.vpp and drop it into the cache folder?
Or will SR4's engine read SR3 str2_pc files?
Has there been a change to the morph, and mesh types as well?
Oh and where oh where can I get that "Table File Editor" tool???

You'll hit a hard limit at some point for number of items, but I don't see why this wouldn't work. I know we changed the packfile format and it is possible the asm format, but if you extract with the sr3 tools and then rebuild with the sr4 tools it could just work.Question:

Wow.Technically adding some weapons from TT would work with the same way, right?Exactly

Those likely have code associated with them, so I wouldn't get your hopes up.Wow.Technically adding some weapons from TT would work with the same way, right?
Some would probably work, but maybe nothing special like the octopus gun. It's possible the code is still around, but I wouldn't get my hopes up that it wasn't removed/broken. Only one way to find out...Those likely have code associated with them, so I wouldn't get your hopes up.
*cough* You could import the Stag-rifle *cough*.Well I mean some stuff asset wise appears to be viable in the very least. The 'Murica gun using the same hand grips as the brute weapons gives me high hopes that we will be able to get those back.
I wish you luck man, because I tried all morning and I think I just made things worse. lol*cough* You could import the Stag-rifle *cough*.
Well, i'm going to experiment around with that now.
