Applying mods

I have a problem with applying mods, If I have an file named Ex; Weapons, and other mod I downloaded have file named exactly the same, what should I do?
 
You may need to open both files with notepad for exemple, see what's the differences and merges them together.

For exemple, if your first file change line 1 and 3 and the second file changes line 2, you need to copy those changes in the same file.
