Are there any mods that remove the effects of the Unlockable Pack DLC?

Recently I've been having trouble removing a piece of DLC from Saints Row The Third that was part of the Franchise Pack on Steam. I've been unable to get Steam to remove it, and Volition themselves can't do anything about it, so I've been directed here to remove this thing from my game.

I've tried searching for a mod that gets rid of it, but with no luck. To clarify - the Unlockable Pack gives you all the rewards for the gang missions (both rewards) and several cheats (the STAG takeover thing) that you cannot turn off or refuse. Obviously for a first time player this is terrible, and I'd like to get rid of it. I've already gotten rid of the Bloodsucker Pack with a mod, and I installed the "Buy the DLC items" mod, but that doesn't help with this particular DLC. I just want the behaviour of the vanilla SRTT without this DLC installed.

Are there any mods that can do this? I'd really like to remove it's effects even if I can't get rid of it altogether.

Well this question has been asked around here for a couple of times and there is no way to remove the effects from the Unlockable pack DLC,AFAIK.People have been saying that the only way is to contact Steam support but I think you already done that.

Unfortunately, there's no other way than contact with Steam support. You can't remove that piece of shit with mods because it's hardcoded in the .exe. Anyway, for real, Unlockable Pack DLC is the fucking worst DLC ever made.

Wouldn't it be easier to just turn off the DLC you don't want to use instead of making steam support do it?

Back when the question was asked, that option was not available.
