Any1 still remember non-greasy handling and kenshin bike tweak in SR3? well will a sr4 VER. of this mod come out?

hi all, just a little info for those dont know this (like me), we still can use sr3 bike mod in sr4, i not merging the tweak table (had hard time learn to edit it) but i just put the individual bike file to the root folder e.g. x2 phantom - bike_cyber01_veh.xtbl. but i still cant figure out how to change the value like shitface did in his non-greasy mod as i dont know which line he modify. 
how someone can tell me thanks.
p.s - i only test x2 phantom, i dont know abt other vehicles.

i see, i manually search every line last night lol. will try learn using winmerge later so affter i done alter everything can i upload the files in mod release section? of course all credits will goes to the original modder since i didnt really do anything.
