Yeah Mike, I don't come in as much as I should since most of this is under the hood magic from you programmer types

Not sure why the time of day would make a difference in Rim Jobs or the Garage menu as the lighting and reflections there should be entirely divorced from any Time of Day settings. If they're not, then there may be a lighting bug hiding away in there somewhere.

Here is Rim Jobs with Simulation Override set to the "Default" (night) setting.

and here it is on the "Free" setting.

Notice in particular how much harder it is to make out the decal on the side of the car. This in particular was how I noticed this. It does not get noticably better if you rotate the vehicle.
