What I am suggesting is a mod that makes the player use either the melee animations or the the blast power animations for guns. So rather than actually showing the gun it just looks like their shooting from their hands. Figure it would look cool considering the whole super hero angle. Maybe it could be a purchasable weapon skin? I don't know whatever would work to make this happen would be spectacular.

Expanding on this, wouldn't it be neat if they could be applied only to specific weapons? Then you'd be able to add all sorts of powers in without compromising the selection system for powers. You'd be able to have flamethrower and laser-type powers, and the like.

I'd love to see the VTOL laser being projected from the TK animation, myself.
Iv been working on new powers for a while, just waiting to hear back from Volition staff on some bugs that im having.
also best bet is turning the guns into powers rather than trying to potch with animations
its all down to like 3 things how a weapon behaves game side mainly the rest are just tweaked values, flags and projectile infomation
