Actually what jediDave have done for the original in his character customizer mod. In that mod you can wear then fishnet stockings with every outfit, since it uses the hand tattoo slot and thus you need to visit rusty's needle. There is not such a mod for the remaster no and jedidave's mod only works with the original.
