We only have tools to extract the files. We still need tools to edit and pack them

I don't know why, but I'm actually laughing that old tool works with this.
But I wonder if this will even extract 3D data as well? Anyway, if it extract I gonna be able to extract those hilarious Genki tattoos

There's only one tool. Maybe try running it in admin mode and I know the tool doesn't work properly on Win7

is it the ThomasJepp tool? what exe do I use to extract the .vpp_pc and is it the engine.vpp I should be extracting?
